Due to lack of response, decision has been made to cancel the upcoming meeting this Thursday, September 23rd at the Backyard Brewery on "PHP in the Workplace". 

What a Long Strange Trip it's Been!

It's been more than a year and a half since our last in person meeting for NHMUG and we've decided to test the waters again so come join us on September 23rd from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm at the Backyard Brewery in Manchester NH to hear some of our members discuss the use of PHP in the workplace.

As with all social gatherings we believe that you know what is best for yourself and so request that if you decide to attend please do what makes you comfortable as it comes to masks and social distancing. At the end of the day we want all members to be safe and at ease.
 
We thought we'd kick of the 2021-2022 season with a presentation by some of our members on how they use PHP in the workplace.

Come join NHMUG on September 23rd at the Backyard Brewery to discuss how the folks at Littleton Coin Company use PHP in their work environment.  This will include the following:
  • Will discuss how they migrated from a Zend Server  to a Seiden Community Plus PHP environment 
  • How they built the system for security access
  • An overview of the different type of applications they run
  • A walk through of a couple of their applications
This will be an interactive session and so if you run PHP in your work environment would love your input during the session on how you may have done things differently. 
 
Just a head's up this will not be a session on coding in PHP, although some coding examples may be shown. It's really to help get those creative juices flowing on how you could use PHP in your own work environment.
